Coaching & Curated Intensives

For when traditional weekly therapy, isn't the right fit.

Coaching is for you if:

You’re Looking for Focused, Non-Clinical Guidance

You want support around a specific relationship issue, decision, or skill—not ongoing work around significant emotional distress, family or relational trauma, or the impact of a major life transition.

You Have Something Specific to Work Through

There’s a defined issue on the table—a recurring conflict, a difficult decision, a family boundary, or another concrete relationship challenge—and you want expert perspective on how to approach it.

You Want a Consultative Approach

You’re looking for direct feedback, practical tools, and clear recommendations you can take back into your life, rather than an ongoing therapeutic relationship centered on deeper emotional processing.

Custom Intensive Programs

Some conversations are too important to keep putting off, and some decisions can’t wait.

Custom intensives are designed for couples navigating a specific challenge, decision, or milestone that could benefit from dedicated time, thoughtful guidance, and a clear plan of action. When you are facing an unexpected disruption that has thrown life off course, intensives help you tackle what’s in front of you together. Intensives take place in-person in Chicago, or virtually and involve 6-8 hours of work per day. Typically intensives are a `1-2 day engagement.

Coaching services are educational and consultative in nature and are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for therapy.

Participation in coaching does not establish a therapist-client relationship, and coaching services do not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. If concerns arise that would be better supported through psychotherapy or another mental health service, appropriate referrals may be recommended. Coaching is not intended for crisis situations or circumstances involving immediate safety concerns.
