WELCOME

I'm Michela.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C)

My work as a therapist involves helping individuals and couples navigate the most challenging aspects of their relationships. Whether they are facing high conflict, trauma, separation, or attachment patterns shaped by anxiety and depression.

Beyond moments of distress or disconnection, I also bring my understanding of relationships into coaching, helping clients strengthen the skills they want to bring into their relationships—whether they are hoping to find love, working through a specific inflection point, or learning to clearly communicate through a challenging situation.

Outside of work, I am a wife and toddler mom. I understand that relationships are complicated. Parenthood, work, family responsibilities, and major transitions place enormous pressure on even the strongest of relationships. My professional experience and years of advanced training guides the work that I do from a clinical standpoint. However, it is my lived experienced that gives me empathy, understanding, and compassion for the challenges my clients are facing. Just because this is my career, does not mean I have not walked a similar path. No one is immune to struggle, and we all deserve meaningful and non-judgemental support.

It is a privilege to walk alongside clients through some of life’s most vulnerable and consequential moments. I believe each person has the capacity to make meaning of their story and live with integrity, authenticity, and a deep sense of belonging.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Meaningful change asks for both compassion and honesty.

I remain deeply committed to my own growth as a clinician, continually expanding my knowledge and refining the ways I support my clients. If you are looking for a therapist who will believe in your capacity for change—and you are willing to look honestly at your own patterns, take responsibility for what is within your control, and put new insight into practice—you are in the right place.
