My passion for relationships has guided my entire career. I believe that the ways we connect—with ourselves, with others, and with our world—shape every aspect of our well-being.
As a relational therapist, I collaborate with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges. Over the years, my clinical experience and specialized training have allowed me to develop particular expertise in the more complex, often overlooked aspects of relationships—such as high-conflict dynamics, infidelity, reproductive mental health, neurodiverse partnerships, and complicated legal processes like prenups and divorce.
Specializing in relationships often means working with stories and dynamics that extend far beyond the therapy room. Families of origin, emotionally immature parents, and the legacies of intergenerational trauma all shape the challenges my clients face—especially during major life milestones like marriage or welcoming a child. Many people find that longstanding patterns, expectations, and invisible loyalties from childhood can echo in their lives today, straining their well-being and closest connections.
